How does the referral system work? Being the first of its kind, Topmango lets you accumulate votes through referrals! After signing up, you will be given a special referral code (which can also be found in the webmasters control panel). When a friend signs up at Topmango using your referral link, or by including your username in the "referral field" YOU will be credited 10% of THEIR votes. So for every 10 votes that they receive, you will receive 1 vote. By increasing your number of referrals, you can dramatically increase your vote count and improve your site ranking! How often does the rankings list get updated? The rankings list is updated every hour, on the hour. All vote counts and ranking positions are then updated to show the new ranking positions, if changed. You can vote for your site as much as you like, the voting engine does not recognize you as the webmaster, but then the anti-cheat will be applied to you as it is to all of your other visitors. How do I establish a new list or category and get rewarded for it? When you sign-up and the category in which you would like your site to display does not exist, you can suggest a category. Your suggested category will be reviewed and your suggestion will almost always be approved (unless there is already a similar category). After the category has been created, your site will be listed in it.
